What is Colorexploring
Our daily life is constantly struggling with the prompt resolution of practical problems, leading to a continuous experience of emotions and stimuli without having the time to reflect on ourselves.
Colorexploring is a method that leads us to explore with curiosity unknown or hidden details in ourselves and in our relationship with the world.
Through Colorexploring we reverse course, and start listening to ourselves by focusing on our inner self, rather than the chaotic exterior. We test ourselves from a new point of view.
At first, tools and techniques of reflective practice are used to facilitate inner self-listening. The goal is to recognize the hidden dynamics that often cause and shape our actions.
Then we move on to real direct experience with the use of color, which moves us activating our creativity. The goal is to bring out, without rational conditioning, sensations related to the “here and now”.
Finally, the reading of colors and signs of the images we have created and “formed” in a free creative expression, unveil the deep and complex meanings of our soul from a totally new perspective. The goal is to discover or re-discover our creativity so that we can find solutions to old and new problems.
